Z O.O.Profession (Job Category):Project/Program ManagementJob Schedule: Full timeRemote:YesJob Description:<div>Hitachi Energy SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) was established in August 2024 as the next chapter of Reiwa (the SAP 4/HANA global transformation program). </div><div>In SAP CoE’s structure, which makes up a team of 1000+ employees are: </div><div>Product, Service Management, Project Management, Technology, Data Management and Support Teams.  </div><div>To extend capability of Operations in SAP CoE Support, we are looking for a senior professional to help CoE in administrative responsibilities from the organizational SharePoint management, through resources onboarding and offboarding to reporting and other processes support.  </div><div>This is great opportunity to extend project and stakeholder management skills, IT skills and grow into different roles such as project and service management roles or leadership roles.  </div><div><div>How you will make an impact </div><div><ul><li>Stakeholder management: Onboarding and offboarding of all internal and external resources belonging to the SAP CoE organization within the agreed SLA; ensuring high quality onboarding by providing and maintaining onboarding related material, documentation, processes description; close collaboration with HR and IT Teams for smooth E2E process steps delivery; tools access management. </li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensuring correctness of key organizational assignments for all onboarded resources, i.e. cost center, management layers, legal entities and all other details to maintain the real time database of resources (single source of truth) in close collaboration with Controlling, HR, Sourcing and Procurement teams assignment .Weekly, monthly and quarterly quality checks ensuring the resources (as per assignments) within the organization are correct (HR, AD accounts, Product group checks, HiNext managers assignments etc.)   </li><li>Operational process improvements: Lessons Learned</li><li>Risk management: Manage Risk, Issues &amp; Dependencies (RAID log) </li><li>Administration &amp; comunication tasks: Planning, managing absence tracker &amp; relevant communication</li><li>KPIs and progress reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators and provide regular reports on operational performance of the team as well as the overall organization within it’s areas: Product, Release Management, Testing, Training, Data, Project Management and Service Management </li><li>Operational tasks: Org charts maintenance, DLs maintenance, Mailboxes daily management, SharePoint management, Document Management System management (xECM) </li><li>Internal meetings coordination: SAP CoE relevant meetings preparation and hosting  </li></ul></div><div> </div></div><div><div>Your background  :</div><div><ul><li>Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Strong IT skills (MS Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Power BI). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Soft skills: Proven leadership skills in managing small teams, including talent management, growth planning, performance management. Ability to generate new ideas and challenge status quo, strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and addressing challenges proactively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
