This role will design, implement, and scale our People Intelligence &amp; Analytics workstream, leveraging primarily Workday platform which includes Prism, People Analytics SKU, Illuminate, and Innovation Services to create actionable insights for leaders, HR, and employees across Hitachi. This leader will play a pivotal role in transforming how data is used to drive business decisions, ensuring analytics are trusted, scalable, and embedded in the flow of work.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Workstream Leadership:<ul><li>Lead the global People Intelligence &amp; Analytics workstream as part of Global Digital HR organization.</li><li>Build a roadmap from reporting → intelligence → predictive → prescriptive analytics.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Technology Enablement:<ul><li>Own deployment and adoption of Workday including Prism, People Analytics SKU dashboards, and insights.</li><li>Partner with Workday Innovation Services to prototype and scale advanced use cases.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Analytics &amp; Insights:<ul><li>Deliver dashboards and predictive models on headcount, attrition, diversity, mobility, skills, and workforce cost.</li><li>Blend HR, Finance, and external labor data to create forward-looking insights.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Data Governance &amp; Quality:<ul><li>Establish global data standards, governance, and ownership models.</li><li>Ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of people's data.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Business Partnering &amp; Storytelling:<ul><li>Partner with CHRO, COEs, and OpCo HR leaders to embed analytics in decision-making.</li><li>Drive data storytelling to translate analytics into clear business outcomes.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Team Building:<ul><li>Partner/build and mentor a high-performing analytics team across India.
