GEA is looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial projects within the Liquid &amp; Powder Technologies Division. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project delivery according to scope, timing, quality, and financial targets, and aligning with GEA’s strategic and operational standards.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Plan, organize, and control assigned projects from handover to final acceptance.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality throughout the lifecycle.</li><li>Lead customer communication and stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GEA processes, certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001), and ESG guidelines.</li><li>Support procurement strategy and monitor supply chain actions.</li><li>Handle scope variations, risk assessments, and project reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance for international project arrangements.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement and contribute to lessons learned.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Engineering)</li><li>PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)</li><li>4+ years’ project execution experience, ideally as Lead Engineer/Group Manager</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, ERP; MS Project knowledge a plus</li><li>Strong understanding of project finance &amp; contract management</li><li>English (C1 mandatory); French a plus</li><li>Strategic, results-driven, detail-oriented, sustainability-minded</li><li>Multicultural team management, influential and trusted collaborator</li><li>Proactive, responsible, customer-focused, methodical, adaptable, process-oriented</li><li>Excellent communicator, negotiator, and conflict resolver</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
