May be required to make repairs to the Gas Collection System and Gas Treatment Equipment<br>a. Monitoring the collection field for proper concentration levels<br>b. Complete necessary repairs to the collection system<br>c. PM and repair gas conditioning equipment (if needed)<br>• Assist Gas Plant Supervisor and/or vendors with trouble shooting and operation of the Power Generation Equipment (if needed)<br>a. Operational knowledge of Generator Switchgear<br>• Complete reports, environmental agency records, order parts and perform other administrative duties as required.<br>a. Gas collection field data<br>b. Start-up, Shut down &amp; Maintenance logs<br>c. Daily Plant Operational condition logs<br>d. Calibrate and log monitoring equipment (if needed)<br>• Assist in the review of mechanical write-ups on equipment and coordinate repair schedule.<br>• Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with all safety regulations.<br>• Must be available for On-Call response to system emergencies<br>• Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors.<br>• Assist in the training and orientation of new employees.<br>• Maintain a working knowledge of and keep up with the latest technology through the use of technical manuals and the attendance of technical training seminars and testing.<br>• Perform other job-related duties as assigned<br><br><b>Requirements:</b><br>• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred<br>• Knowledge, experience and ability to repair and maintain tools, equipment and machinery required<br>• Previous experience in related mechanical, electrical or industrial field strongly desired<br><br><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b><br>• Ability to communicate effectively with others.<br>• Demonstrate ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently and maintain accurate records.<br>• Ability to understand and effectively use repair and parts manuals written in English.<br>• Ability to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job.<br>• Will be required to be on call nights and weekends.<br><br><b>Physical/Mental Demands:</b><br>• Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, climb, balance, taste, and smell.<br>• Continuous concentrated mental and visual attention required.<br>• Visual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.<br>• Frequent physical effort including handling tools and equipment required.<br>• Frequently lift/push/pull up to 100 pounds.<br><br><b>Working Conditions:</b><br>• Frequently exposed to loud noise, humidity, hot and cold weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, vibration, toxic and caustic chemicals, fumes and airborne particles.<br>• Work environment is usually loud.<br>• Will be required to be on call nights and weekends.</p><p></p><p><b>#GFLTalent</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
