Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Architect with a strong track record of end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Finance). The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge with strong technical expertise to design, architect, and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion solutions that align with business needs.This role requires leadership in solution architecture, hands-on configuration, technical integration, and advisory support throughout the implementation lifecycle.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Solution Architecture &amp; Design<ul><li>Define the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion applications, integrating with legacy and third-party systems.</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.</li><li>Lead solution blueprinting, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard assessments.</li></ul></li><li>Implementation Leadership<ul><li>Oversee and guide Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM implementation projects.</li><li>Provide techno-functional expertise in modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, and PPM.</li><li>Drive configuration, customization, and extensions development following Oracle best practices.</li></ul></li><li>Integration &amp; Technical Expertise<ul><li>Lead the design and development of integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP web services, and middleware.</li><li>Ensure data migration strategies, conversions, and interfaces are architected effectively.</li><li>Oversee development of reports and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).</li></ul></li><li>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, IT, and project teams.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder sign-offs.</li><li>Provide guidance on change management and adoption strategies.</li></ul></li><li>Governance &amp; Best Practices<ul><li>Define architecture governance, standards, and reusable frameworks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud standards, security, and performance benchmarks.</li><li>Mentor and coach project teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and sustainability.</li></ul></li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience:<ul><li>10–15 years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.</li><li>Proven record of leading multiple full lifecycle Fusion Cloud implementations.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, SQL/PLSQL, and web services.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in data migration, reporting, and integration design.</li></ul></li><li>Functional Knowledge:<ul><li>Deep functional understanding of Finance, SCM, HCM, or cross-functional modules in Oracle Fusion.</li><li>Ability to map business processes to Oracle Fusion functionality.</li></ul></li><li>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.</li></ul></li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Oracle Cloud certifications (ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, or OIC).</li><li>Experience in multi-country, multi-entity global rollouts.</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle EBS and transition projects to Fusion.</li><li>Prior consulting or large system integrator experience.</li></ul>At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
