You’ll sit at the intersection of process and tech, solving pain points through elegant, user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)</li><li>Rapidly prototype solutions to address operational bottlenecks using Python, SQL, and AI tools where applicable</li><li>Model, transform, and integrate supply chain data to enable smart automation and decision support</li><li>Focus deeply on UI/UX to ensure adoption and usability of solutions</li><li>Collaborate closely with process engineers and SMEs to understand business context and iterate solutions</li></ul>Ideal Profile:<ul><li>Creative problem solver who adapts quickly and loves shipping fast, high-quality solutions</li><li>Deep experience in technical development, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an ability to align technical output to business needs</li><li>Enjoys navigating ambiguity and solving messy real-world operational challenges</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>15+ years experience building digital solutions in supply chain, operations, IT, or consulting environments</li><li>Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, forms development, and Python/SQL</li><li>Experience applying AI in process automation (e.g. GPT prompts, document parsing, chatbots, etc.)</li><li>Strong UI/UX sensibilities</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience</li></ul>Why Join Us?
