We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Planning &amp; Manufacturing Techno-Functional Lead to manage the design, delivery, and support of Nextracker’s global planning, manufacturing, and inventory control processes. This is a strategic role responsible for partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to implement and optimize ERP systems that drive operational agility, scalability, and efficiency.The ideal candidate combines hands-on ERP technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of planning, manufacturing, and inventory processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing environment (captive and outsourced). Strong ERP experience—specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP—is required. As part of our large-scale ERP transformation journey, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement in the planning and manufacturing functional areas.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead ERP Planning &amp; Manufacturing Implementations: Provide technical leadership and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP planning and manufacturing modules. Drive process design, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption.</li><li>Short-Term Planning: Configure and optimize Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure material availability and production efficiency.  </li><li>Manufacturing Execution: Configure and support ERP modules for shop floor control, BOMs, routings, work orders, FGI, FGI and production reporting.</li><li>Configure, extend and support ERP modules; build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements.</li><li>Inventory Control: Standardize and optimize global inventory management, including cycle counting, lot/serial tracking, valuation, and warehouse management integration.</li><li>System Optimization &amp; Rollouts: Recommend solutions for process gaps, implement phased rollout strategies, and lead planning/manufacturing tracks across discovery, CRPs, integration, data conversion, UAT, and deployment.</li><li>Integration Leadership: Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, test, and deploy integrations between ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, TMS, and advanced planning platforms.</li><li>Data Migration: Develop and execute strategies for migrating BOMs, routings, work orders, and inventory data into ERP with accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Drive KPI-based improvements in forecast accuracy, planning adherence, inventory turns, and manufacturing efficiency.</li><li>Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced planning solutions, to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>15+ years of IT/Supply Chain systems experience with ERP expertise (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP).</li><li>10+ years of hands-on experience with Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules (Demand/Supply Planning, S&amp;OP, MPS, MRP, BOM, Work Orders, Inventory).</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of planning and manufacturing processes in discrete, project-based manufacturing.</li><li>Experience integrating ERP with PLM, MES, WMS, TMS, and advanced planning tools.</li><li>Proven leadership in ERP transformation programs and cross-functional supply chain/manufacturing initiatives.</li><li>Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent supply chain certifications.</li><li>Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, Oracle Demand/Supply Planning).</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or ERP vendor credentials (Oracle/SAP).</li></ul><div></div>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Lead ERP transformation in planning, manufacturing, and inventory operations at a high-growth, mission-driven company.</li><li>Partner with global teams to design and scale next-generation supply chain and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Drive innovation and efficiency through advanced planning tools and ERP best practices.</li><li>Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexible work arrangements.</li></ul> Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.
