These applications manage work and quality processes for the manufacturing of highly engineered products. This role involves close collaboration with MES/QMS business teams and cross-functional IT teams to ensure optimal system performance, user experience, and data integrity.<div></div>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide support, maintenance, and enhancements for multiple existing implementations of TIPQA or Solumina across different Teledyne Business Units.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues, collaboration with the Application Administrator and local IT, or escalating to the vendor’s Technical Support as needed to address items in a timely manner.</li><li>Business and systems analysis resulting in documented business processes and requirements that meet multi-disciplined Quality, MES and manufacturing requirements.</li><li>Perform software configurations, as well as create test case/use cases, go-live plans and other items to successfully deliver major enhancements or new modules.</li><li>Independently manage small application related projects.</li><li>Monitor and support data exchange between these applications and other systems like Costpoint and Dynafact.</li><li>Implement and test application enhancements to improve performance and user experience.</li><li>Facilitate functional and IT testing as part of implementing patches or upgrades, while ensuring risk mitigation and smooth deployment.</li><li>Facilitate business reporting needs through creation and maintenance of dashboards, SSRS reports, and other data requests.</li><li>Work closely with other cross-functional team members to meet internal customer expectations and timelines.</li></ul>Qualifications:Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience supporting complex applications, ideally manufacturing related systems such as TipQA, Solumina, or similar MES/QMS platforms.</li><li>Proficiency with one or more of the following: SQL, SSRS, server administration.</li><li>The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with experience in quality and manufacturing process optimization using electronic systems and tools in highly regulated environments.</li><li>Working knowledge with concepts such as SSO, DNS, SSL certificates, and ports.</li></ul>Competencies<ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li></ul>** US Citizenship is required for this position. We are unable to hire individuals currently on a work visa or individuals who will require a work visa in the future. **  Salary Range: $61,600.00-$82,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
