As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for core customer work-streams throughout our core operations functions and will touch nearly every part of our business. If you are looking for a high-impact role at a high-growth climate company, are hyper-organized and love bringing structure to your environment, or just love heat pumps, apply to join our team! </span></div><br><br><h3>Your Impact</h3><ul><li>Manage the day to day coordination of electrification projects from contract through install completion</li><li>Interface directly with customers, subcontractors and vendors and own day-to-day management of our support lines</li><li>Track and maintain project documentation, including permits and inspections, job close out, and quality documentation</li><li>Support key business operations projects and partnerships </li><li>Overall, help each team at Zero to be more efficient and effective while contributing to our ambitious mission </li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in field project management, installation operations, customer service, or a related role as an expert generalist </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication abilities, ability to interface with customers </li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite Familiarity with Heat Pumps or other renewable energy products and services</li><li>You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance).</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:14.6667px;">Zero Homes is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience for all candidates.
