This leader ensures that cases involving high-complex complaint handling are investigated, managed, and resolved in alignment with legal, compliance, and company standards.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">This role requires strong expertise in grievance and appeals resolution, complaint management, and root cause analysis.
