Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:This role will be pivotal in scaling Helion's internal communications programs, with ownership of key storytelling and communication mechanisms that keep our growing team aligned and engaged across every site and shift. You'll partner with Production and Manufacturing leaders to surface stories, support team-wide events, and write announcements and updates. Every day will look different, but your north star will be clarity and connection for our team of builders.
