Know the lithium-ion battery very well. Can lead the material development or product development by himself.  </li><li>Good FA/problem solving/data analysis capability </li><li>Good communication with English. </li><li>Rich experience for customer communication, it would be great if he/she had the experience for the EV car development. </li></ul>
