Job description: Material and new platform development engineer<ul><li>Responsible for one or more battery materials developments, for example: cathode (high Ni NMC), Anode (graphite+SiC), Separator, new binder, collector foil etc.  </li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the technical route for materials and formulas. </li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with the material suppliers for the latest progress of the new materials/technology and the responsibility of the new material screening, validation, optimization and import.  </li></ul><ul><li>Cathode and anode formula DOE, optimization, validation and import to get better and higher performance. Integrate the new materials into the existing internal chemistry system to get better results.  </li></ul><ul><li>Base on the technical roadmap to conduct the new platform development including the material, formula, process evaluation to make it come true. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead or support the technology related issues solving and FA. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least mater degree </li></ul><ul><li>At least 3years of material development and product development experience. Know the lithium-ion battery very well. Can lead the material development or product development by himself.  </li></ul><ul><li>Good FA/problem solving/data analysis capability </li></ul><ul><li>Good communication with English. </li></ul><ul><li>Rich experience for customer communication, it would be great if he/she had the experience for the EV car development. </li></ul>
