Job description: <ul><li>Base on the customer requirements to design the cell products. And validate the performance including electrochemical/safety performance, then conduct the continuous optimization. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead the new produce NPI, Responsible for all the related documents preparation and release, including the BOM, DFMEA and sample building index,  </li></ul><ul><li>Follow up the sample building and solve the issue, lead the FA </li></ul><ul><li>Join the discussion with customers about the new product development-related topic. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the other departments for the cell product related issues. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least mater degree </li></ul><ul><li>At least 3years of material development and product development experience. Know the lithium-ion battery very well. Can lead the material development or product development by himself.  </li></ul><ul><li>Good FA/problem solving/data analysis capability </li></ul><ul><li>Good communication with English. </li></ul><ul><li>Rich experience for customer communication, it would be great if he/she had the experience for the EV car development. </li></ul>
