<p>ICON is looking to add a <strong>Field Engineering Technician Lead </strong>to our Field Engineering team. A Field Engineering Technician Lead at ICON is a frontline technical leader responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and alignment of the Field Engineering Technician team with ICON’s operational standards. This role combines technical mastery, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe field operations. The Lead works closely with engineers, print operators, and project managers, providing direct mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise while contributing to strategic organizational initiatives. The Lead is accountable for resolving the most complex technical issues, ensuring job site readiness, maintaining thorough documentation, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and safety. This role is based in Austin, TX, and will require travel outside of the area for extended durations.
