In this role, you’ll manage international shipping and logistics for critical service parts, support warehouse operations, and ensure our field service teams can deliver on-time solutions to customers worldwide.</div><div> </div><div><b>What You’ll Do</b></div><ul>	<li>Manage inbound and outbound global shipments, including carriers, customs brokers, and documentation</li>	<li>Troubleshoot logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery to customer sites</li>	<li>Handle service parts inventory: replenishment, storage, shipments, returns, and disposal</li>	<li>Receive, store, and deliver parts while maintaining accurate records and compliance controls</li>	<li>Support packaging, picking, and recycling of service parts</li>	<li>Conduct periodic inventory counts and support year-end audits</li>	<li>Work with ERP systems (Oracle, Service Cloud, Agile, RFS) for order processing and record keeping</li>	<li>Manage carrier relationships (FedEx, Bollore) and coordinate freight/customs invoice processing</li></ul><div><b>What You Bring</b></div><ul>	<li>At least 5 years’ experience in international shipping and logistics (import/export, customs, carriers)</li>	<li>Experience supporting Customer Care or Field Service operations</li>	<li>Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling</li>	<li>Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation or equivalent experience</li>	<li>ERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)</li>	<li>Forklift certification and valid Class 5 driver’s license</li>	<li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li></ul><div>The compensation for this role ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 75,000.
