The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform planning data into actionable insights for field leadership. Key Accountabilities<ul> <li>ERP Planning Module Management: Maintain and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning module, ensuring system accuracy, master data integrity, and smooth daily operations. </li> <li>Planning Execution: Run daily/weekly/monthly planning cycles, including demand, supply, and replenishment planning to support field operations. </li> <li>Field Material Readiness: Align planning outputs with field service schedules, ensuring required materials, spare parts, and tools are positioned in advance for site operations. </li> <li>Inventory Rebalancing: Manage inter-site inventory balancing across renewable energy sites, ensuring optimized stock allocation and reduced stockouts/excess. </li> <li>Data Analysis: Review planning inputs and outputs to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities impacting field performance. </li> <li>KPI Reporting: Generate and present key planning and operational KPIs (material readiness, stock availability, service levels, etc.) to Field Operations leadership. </li> <li>Scenario &amp; What-if Analysis: Support field decision-making through simulations and scenario modeling within Oracle Fusion Cloud. </li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with procurement, supply chain, and field service teams to ensure alignment on planning outputs and operational execution. </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Education/Experience/Qualifications Required Educational Experience<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, MIS (Management Information System), engineering, or related field.</li></ul>Work Experience<ul> <li> 3-5 years of experience in relevant discipline, preferably in the renewable energy and utilities industry </li> <li>Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning (or similar advanced ERP planning modules). </li> <li>Work within maintenance programs, material requirements, and warehouse management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul> <li>Demonstrated success facilitating communications between Engineering, EAM Team, Field Ops and Supply Chain to verify, request, and assist in procurement of material items. <ul> <li>Track record of effective interpretation of system generated maintenance and material forecasts.</li> <li>Deep understanding of Planning Execution within Oracle or Similar ERP system: including but not limited to running daily/weekly/monthly planning cycles, including demand, supply, and replenishment planning to support field operations Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, governed data solutions and product frameworks.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret large data sets and provide clear recommendations. </li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li> </ul></li> <li>Understanding of engineering concepts: form, fit, and function </li></ul>Key Competencies<ul> <li>ERP &amp; Planning Expertise </li> <li>Analytical Thinking &amp; Problem Solving </li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration </li> <li>Continuous Improvement Mindset </li> <li>Results-Oriented &amp; Detail-Driven </li></ul>The expected starting pay range for this role is $40.00 - $50.00 Hourly USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
