For our Benelux market, we are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager who is ready for an independent, self-driven role. Along with maintaining a strong relationship with our existing accounts, you will also focus on expanding our customer base for producers of Construction and Food Contact Materials.  This position gives you the freedom to shape your own approach and make a real impact. Your responsibilities: •    Independently grow the customer portfolio and deliver sales results in your region. •    Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively engaging new prospects. •    Build and execute quarterly and yearly sales plans, setting regional objectives in alignment with management. •    Analyse market signals and translate them into actionable steps. •    Visit and participate in events relevant to the market. •    Proactively seize new opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions. •    Take full ownership of the commercial process – from planning to execution, with support from colleagues. •    The natural ability to negotiate prices. •    Use a value-based and consultative approach to sales, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.You will work remotely from your home office, but you will visit your clients on a regular basis. The team of Area Sales Managers and the rest of the commercial team gets together onsite approximately 3 times a year, but you will have regular online team meetings. The position will be formally connected to Eurofins in the Netherlands but managed by, and reporting to, the Head of Sales and Business Development who is based in Denmark.
