AECOM is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to be based in Minneapolis, MN.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serves as lead for mid to large size highway / roadway projects.</li><li>Business Development including prospecting and proposal development with established relationships with local clients including MnDOT, local Counties and local agency specifications, policies and procedures.</li><li>Alternative delivery projects prospecting, proposals and project procurements.</li><li>Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.</li><li>Approves and signs off on work.</li><li>Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts.</li><li>Presents complex technical solutions to clients.</li><li>Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.</li><li>Participates in development of technical proposals.</li><li>Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.</li><li>Strong technical resource to serve as technical advisor.</li><li>Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.</li><li>Ability to lead and manage a Project.</li><li>Ability to lead and manage a Team.</li><li>Excellent people management skills</li><li>Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others.</li><li>Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.</li><li>Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline components of PA/ED and PS&amp;E package.</li><li>Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.</li><li>Prepares technical specification sections.</li><li>Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.</li></ul>
