It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&amp;C, finance, and senior management, contributing to enhanced organizational agility, Emiratization efforts, and talent sustainability.

Launched by the Abu Dhabi leadership in 2006 with a mandate to advance renewable energy through education, R&amp;D, investment and commercialization, Masdar is securing the emirate&rsquo;s continued leadership in the evolving global energy market.
