We are a team of 10 highly experienced law professionals and our working method is characterized by a high degree of independence and responsibility. We are trusted partners for our internal clients at all management levels and we work across a wide range of specialized areas in the fields of consultancy, engineering and architecture, including energy, buildings, transport, water and environment. You will be expected to work independently, yet you can always rely on support and consultation from your colleagues.Your key responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Review, draft and negotiate contracts especially on consultancy services within engineering and architecture</li><li>Claims handling and finding solutions to disputes often with complex details</li><li>Advise on insurance questions often in collaboration with insurance broker and insurance company</li><li>Advice on strategy and risk handling in different types of projects</li><li>Provide day-to-day legal advice to our highly specialised colleagues in the engineering and architectural business</li><li>Collaborate with and support the business in arbitration cases and other disputes, often in collaboration with external counsels</li><li>Standardise and draft model contracts and other legal documents</li><li>Provide training sessions for non-legal colleagues</li></ul>About youFrom the moment you join Ramboll we will support your personal and professional development.
