Primary responsibilities involve installation of smart home monitoring systems (Curb), solar site surveys and support for Elevation Service operations. This role is based in the metropolitan Las Vegas, NV area.Requirements Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine photovoltaic (PV) system maintenance on modules, arrays, batteries, power conditioning equipment, safety systems, structural systems, weather sealing, or balance of systems equipment.</li><li>Activate photovoltaic (PV) systems to verify system functionality and conformity to performance expectations.</li><li>Apply weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms.</li><li>Perform smart home monitoring systems (Curb) installations and troubleshooting as needed.</li><li>Conduct site surveys at the time of Curb install or independently.</li><li>Support Elevation Energy Efficiency operations in audits and installs as needed.</li><li>Identify electrical, environmental, and safety hazards associated with work on live electrical systems.</li><li>Document completion of completed installation.</li><li>Clean up job site(s).</li><li>Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety. </li><li>Perform other duties and tasks as required. </li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1-3 years of electrical and/or solar experience.</li><li>At least a rudimentary understanding of electrical theory and electrical systems/circuits preferred.</li><li>Experience installing outlets and junction boxes beneficial.</li><li>Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. </li><li>Customer service skills required. </li><li>Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required. </li><li>Must have a valid state driver’s license. </li><li>Must have a clean driving record with 3 years of driving exp. </li><li>Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul> Working Conditions &amp; Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to ambulate, manage stairs,      and be stationary for long periods in various weather conditions.</li><li>Work primarily outdoors, engaging with potential customers in various weather conditions.</li><li>Travel within assigned territory to meet with clients and attend appointments.</li><li>Regularly operate a vehicle to travel to and from customer locations.</li><li>Ability to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li><li>Work around energized electrical equipment</li><li>Must be prepared to work irregular shifts and respond to emergency callouts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.</li><li>Ability to work in stressful environments: must be able to react to crises where immediate action is required to correct or curtail potentially damaging or hazardous situations.</li><li>Requires ability to perform tasks by walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, shoveling, climbing, and working with hand tools (up to 25 pounds) in positions above and below head, and extended from body to complete repairs.</li><li>Ability to discern assorted colors</li><li>Ability to twist the body and neck while driving company vehicles</li><li>Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops</li><li>Work with and around hazardous and non-hazardous materials</li><li>Have ability to discern and respond to verbal and auditory signals</li><li>Work in small spaces like attics</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerElevation Solar is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
