<div> JOB TITLE: Flower Processing Technician AUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;"> Reports directly to the Flower Processing Tech III</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;"> Additional oversight from the Flower Processing Coordinator and the Assistant Flower Processing Manager</li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Harvest room setup and breakdown</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Cut and hang product to dry</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Bucking dry flower and trimming</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manicure and prepare flower </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Perform visual quality control of marijuana flower product</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Weigh and record yield on designated chart</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Dispose of daily waste </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain communication with Supervisors and Managers</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Cross-train or help in other departments (Pre Roll, Packaging, Labeling, Cultivation, Kitchen, and Lab) as needed</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Operate in compliance for all state regulations as well as company standardized practices and procedures. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic, and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and  humidity</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground</li></ul> </div>
