This role requires a strategic and hands-on recruiter with a deep understanding of the Manila talent market, strong direct sourcing expertise, proficiency with Workday and the ability to deliver against high-volume hiring targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance hiring strategies.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing all internal processes and procedures relating to pre and post-hiring.</li><li>Managing and conducting internal stakeholder requirements meetings and pre- interview preparation sessions.</li><li>Identifying and developing selection methods and collateral.</li><li>Delivering on the APAC team’s strategy to reduce agency spend i.e. increase direct sourcing channels, improving visibility of roles for internal applicants and raising awareness of the employee referral programme.</li><li>Partnering with the wider APAC team on diversity initiatives (e.g. gender and early career programmes)</li><li>Liaising with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners and HR Operations departments to ensure a seamless colleague on boarding experience.</li><li>Tracking and reporting hiring plan progress against agreed targets; creating a Manila recruitment dashboard and contributing to a global recruitment dashboard.</li><li>Tracking and reviewing the performance of all sourcing channels including review of TP ICAP Manila’s PSL.</li><li>Continual review of local hiring .processes and procedures to ensure optimal service delivery.</li><li>Adopt and deliver an effective talent management process to ensure professional and responsive candidate engagement.</li><li>Support the development of a local recruitment strategy that meets the company’s hiring plan needs in addition to building the talent pipeline.</li><li>Leverage a multi-channel sourcing approach, using online and offline methods, to build capability.</li><li>Support the development of working relationships with 3rd level institutions and other relevant bodies/forums to promote TP ICAP’s brand in the local market and build the talent pipeline.</li><li>Managing and coordinating attendance at all relevant recruitment fairs. </li><li>Assisting in projects focused on the development of the Talent Acquisition function and service.</li></ul>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Extensive Talent Acquisition experience within Manila.</li><li>Proven track record of direct sourcing talent using cost-effective strategies.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience recruiting within the Technology sector (other industries may be considered).</li><li>Proficiency in Workday (or similar ATS platforms) and an appreciation for data analytics in recruitment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation as it relates to recruitment and selection.</li><li>Experience in successfully planning and managing high-volume recruitment across multiple verticals.</li><li>Ability to deliver against hiring targets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.</li><li>Experience utilising multi-channel recruitment and sourcing methods.</li><li>Exceptional organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively within an agile, lean, fast-paced, and adaptable team environment, fostering seamless teamwork and innovation.</li><li>Experience managing recruitment beyond Manila (e.g., APAC region).</li><li>Exposure to early careers initiatives.</li><li>Ability to present data-driven insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Adaptability to work independently and flexibly in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level <ul><li>Professional / 5</li></ul>#LI-ASO #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
