The Senior Manager, European Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving a full lifecycle recruitment solution that supports the EU region by providing strategic end-to-end recruitment support and consultation as well as delivering consistent, reliable and high caliber talent pipelines, talent acquisition solutions and market intelligence. Additionally, this individual will serve as an executive recruiter for high-level positions. Understand the business strategy and how to effectively motivate Recruiters to identify, attract and sell Sensata’s value proposition to talented candidates who will accelerate business growth.
