Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le traitement des demandes et réclamations clients, en assurant leur suivi efficace et en contribuant à leur satisfaction.<h3></h3>En tant que Gestionnaire Back Office, vous serez responsable de :<ul><li>Suivi des dossiers clients : prise en charge rapide des demandes entrantes, mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées, en direct ou via les groupes support.</li><li>Gestion des réclamations : analyse, résolution et clôture des réclamations (dont CHORUS), en lien avec les équipes internes, tout en assurant la traçabilité et la documentation.</li><li>Support administratif : accompagnement des équipes dans leurs tâches quotidiennes, contrôle des approbations et participation à l’analyse des actions correctives.</li><li>Collaboration interne : communication fluide avec les autres services pour garantir la qualité du service client et améliorer les processus.</li></ul><h3></h3>Compétences attendues :<ul><li>Expérience en back office, service client ou gestion administrative.</li><li>Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d’équipe.</li><li>À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et les systèmes internes.</li><li>Des connaissances SAP sont un plus.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
