Job description<ul><li>We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant Clerk to support our Accounts Receivable operations within the Order to Cash process. This role focuses on executing structured accounting and administrative tasks that are essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with processes, has a strong sense of responsibility, and takes pride in maintaining order and precision in day-to-day work.</li></ul>Primary DutiesData Entry &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Enter customer and transaction data accurately into financial systems.</li><li>Ensure proper organization and control of supporting documents.</li></ul>Payment Support<ul><li>Assist in tracking and preparing payments for application.</li><li>Organize remittances and match documentation for review.</li></ul>Customer Master Support<ul><li>Assist in updating customer information and validating related documentation.</li><li>Help maintain the integrity of the customer database.</li></ul>Collections Assistance<ul><li>Support the collections process by sending reminders and logging responses.</li><li>Coordinate with the team on any unresolved issues.</li></ul>Help Desk Support<ul><li>Serve as the initial contact for basic inquiries related to AR.</li><li>Maintain a log of cases and escalate when needed.</li></ul>Filing &amp; Records Management<ul><li>Organize digital and/or physical files to ensure proper tracking and audit readiness.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date and accessible records.</li></ul>Reporting Support<ul><li>Compile and format data for weekly or monthly reports.</li><li>Run predefined system reports as required.</li></ul>Month-End Close Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing required data and supporting documents for the closing process.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of information submitted.</li></ul>Job requirements<ul><li>Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting/Controlling</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or QAD is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of internal controls and documentation standards is a plus.</li></ul>#LI-PR1About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
