Resource planning and assignment to applications projects in alignment with Infrastructure projects pipeline.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of services in line with IT metrics and processes. Provide leadership for client led and IT led projects.</li><li>Handles task prioritization, performance monitoring, task assignment, task status reporting, project work, and overall lifecycle planning.</li><li>Ownership of the infrastructure inventory in the corporate CMDB, ensuring the quality of the data.</li><li>Manages budgets, dossiers, licensing, contract spend approvals and reports on budget variances.</li><li>Local and Global Project Management Delivery.</li><li>Manage coordination with the Global peers in TPO. Coordination for global TPO infrastructure related projects.</li><li>Manages resources (people, processes and technology).</li><li>Maintains and develops the needed skills of the staff.
