Responsibilities include close coordination with internal and external service providers to ensure the reliable, safe and comfortable operation of our facilities and associated services and amenities.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li>Lead a team of contractors and internal technicians in the execution of routine tasks required for the safe and efficient operation of the CFS Devens Campus facilities</li><li>Maintain the daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees </li><li>Work within the facilities and maintenance team to develop and implement new policies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and systems</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies with a focus on continuous improvement  </li><li>Serve as the main point of contact and customer interface for facilities services</li><li>Monitor facilities activities, equipment and systems for proper operation.
