This candidate will have a strong talent for project coordination, working with developers internationally and internal departmental business owners.</div><div>Objective of this role: </div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Oversee project teams, ensuring program goals are reached on time.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.</div><div>Daily and Monthly responsibilities:</div><div>		Work with the business owners and developer teams (technically and functionally). </div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Coach team members.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Host daily stand-up meetings.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Manage the product backlog</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Remove roadblocks</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Organize and define policies/process and procedures</div><div>Manage the Azure Dev Ops application and an agile development cycle:</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Define sprints, update and document workflow and tasks.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Run code reviews and manage pipeline iteration.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Manage test cases, quality assurance, testing and documenting developed tasks, stories, features, and epics in ADO.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Keep the agile process moving and communicate issues, risk, and delays.</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Manage a “Black Book” for developed product.</div><div>Skill and qualifications:</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes</div><div>Preferred Qualifications:</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SDK products</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>5+ years prior experience in a development position</div><div>-<span style="font-size:7pt;">          </span>Ability to read and write code</div><br><br><h3>Please reference this List for Must Have's in applying for this role. </h3><ul><li>Must have been a software developer in a prior role using Microsoft technology.</li><li>Must be able to read and write code. </li><li>Must be able to do code reviews with developers and help mentor or make corrections.</li><li>Must be able to look at and mange an application feature build out and confirm code is aligned with the business. </li><li>Must be able to meet project deadlines under these conditions.  </li></ul><br>
