Are you participating?</p><p><strong>Your mission:</strong></p><p>As a  Key Account Lead - Retail,  you manage a team of 3 Key Account Managers. Your market knowledge, strong network and managerial experience will play a major role in the growth of Too Good To Go Netherlands. Your mission is to offer as much food waste as possible on the app together with the Retail team. You do this on the one hand by setting up new collaborations and on the other hand by saving even more food together with existing partners.</p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><p>As a Key Account Lead, it is up to you to create a high-performing team that focuses on spotting and winning opportunities to save food. You are ultimately responsible for the pipeline, forecast and overall results of the Retail team in the Netherlands. You help the team make the right choices through effective coaching and management. You also focus on the market to identify new potential key account partners and create a strong action plan with the team. You lead by example like no other, because you are also responsible for bringing in major partners and managing the relationship of a couple of major accounts. This way you know what is going on in the market and with the partners and you can play a major role in optimising processes. You like to think about commercial solutions and maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the team. In addition, you present and speak easily in large groups and you function as a proud ambassador of our mission to partners.
