We always want to raise the bar and that’s where you come in:We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go based in our Prague office. Your Mission:As Partner Marketing Manager for Czechia you will be part of an international and multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for delivering co-branded, joint campaigns and in-store activations with our partners in Czechia . You will take a hands on role executing plans for the Czech market, collaborating closely with the Key Accounts and strengthening relationships with our partners’ marketing teams. The Role:Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead for Cluster Center , you will own the B2B and B2B2C strategy and its implementation in Czechia .  Having launched in CZ only in 2024, it is an exciting opportunity for someone to scale &amp; grow significantly our Partner Marketing operations in the market. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the B2B and B2BBC strategy and plans in Czechia</li><li>Own and manage marketing relationships with key Czech partners (e.g. Costa Coffee, Paul, IKEA, Orlen) including the creation of joint marketing campaigns</li><li>Support Key Accounts team in securing &amp; activating successfully new accounts (from deck creation to partner events)</li><li>Support activation and visibility of selected independent partners (“Indies”) through scalable co-branded marketing materials and campaigns</li><li>Work closely with B2C Marketing teams to amplify relevant activity through Partner channels where appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate and share best practices and learnings with the Global Marketing and Key Accounts teams to help continuously optimise our work with partners.</li><li>Understand the various different marketing &amp; business metrics to be able to track effectiveness of activity for TGTG &amp; partners</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience in a role with a B2B2C focus, where you can demonstrate building strong relationships with partners’ marketing teams and delivering impactful and effective co-branded marketing campaigns with them. </li><li>Full fluency in Czech and working proficiency in English</li><li>Commercial mindset - always thinking what will have the biggest business impact from the work you do </li><li>Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented.
