In this role, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to analyze and present data, optimize customer engagements, and drive successful outcomes. This position is key to delivering a seamless, cohesive experience across pre-sales and post-sales interactions.We are unable to sponsor H-1B, F-1 OPT, and STEM OPT extension at this time.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Regularly collect and process pilot program data from customer fleets to measure the effectiveness of pilot programs and assess customer value.</li><li>Build clear, defensible ROI models to demonstrate business value for customers and stakeholders in Python, SQL, and Excel as needed. </li><li>Automate recurring analyses and create repeatable workflows reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent and scalable reporting.</li><li>Continuously ensure data quality and validation of results to ensure credibility and trust with customers.</li><li>Develop presentations that translate analysis into customer value (fuel savings, tire longevity, service call reduction).</li><li>Support Sales Directors with clear, data-driven narratives for prospects and existing customers.</li><li>Document analytical methodologies so they can be reused and scaled ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple customer engagements.</li><li>Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on patterns seen in customer data.</li><li>Partner with Sales to streamline the pilot process with better tools, dashboards, and templates.</li><li>Act as a technical resource for customer pilots, ensuring that results are consistent and credible.</li></ul>Skills / Qualifications<ul><li>B.S. in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>2-4+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in Python and SQL (required); strong skills in Excel for reporting.</li><li>Experience with data visualization and presentation (PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar).</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate raw data into clear business outcomes.</li><li>Excellent written communication; verbal presentation skills a plus but not required.</li><li>Interest in customer-facing work and learning more about sales processes.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior exposure to technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer support.</li><li>Familiarity with telematics, IoT data, or fleet operations.</li><li>Comfort leading customer presentations (can be developed on the job).</li></ul>Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
