The EV space is growing dramatically, with Zero leading in the two-wheel category and a rising star, powertrain supplier to other OEMs electrifying sport and utility vehicles for powersport and industrial applications.   We are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager with deep expertise in managing Business / IT projects pipeline, prioritization, on-time delivery, and designing Jira projects and workflows.<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Work collaboratively with the Project Sponsor and stakeholders on complex enterprise IT projects to establish objectives, roadmaps, roles/responsibilities, and visual task backlogs that can be managed through all phases of implementation; ensure that projects support the organization's strategic and operational goals through agile, cost-effective, innovative, reliable, and secure technologies.</li><li>Review business needs, assess impact to operations, recommend policy changes to executives, and implement changes necessary to ensure regulatory compliance and enforcement.</li><li>Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead team stand-ups, sprints planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Monitor Sprint Performance: Develop and analyze reports on sprint metrics like velocity, burn rate, etc.</li><li>Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.</li><li>Team Coaching: Mentor team leads</li><li>Work cross functionally to design solutions that empower various business units to manage their work in the most efficient manner, with a primary focus on Jira and Confluence.</li><li>Design and build Jira projects and workflows, focusing on practical and efficient designs.</li><li>Develop, document, and coach others on best practices for Atlassian applications, including project configuration and management.</li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities into projects and how they are used and managed.</li><li>Design, develop, and facilitate training for new and existing users, as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)</li><li>12+ years of project management experience.</li><li>8+ years of Agile / Scrum management experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).</li><li>CSM or Agile certification</li><li>Automobile or product manufacturing industry experience is required.</li><li>Demonstrated work experience and highly proficient in Agile / scrum project management using Jira and Confluence.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for creating highly impactful projects.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</li><li>Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, Excel</li><li>Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize work assignments.</li><li>Ability to assess and resolve complex business problems, issues, and risks to facilitate conflict management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.</li><li>Ability to assess the impact of new project requirements on existing delivery timelines.</li><li>Experience creating business requirements, project plans, project schedules, and associated project materials.</li></ul>
