This role combines Salesforce business analysis and development while ensuring high-quality data and performance.This full-time position reports to VP, IT &amp; CIO and will work closely with business, IT, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions. <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Understand and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.</li><li>Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and develop new features.</li><li>Participate in solution design and apply best practices.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.</li><li>Improve Salesforce processes and propose solutions based on Salesforce capabilities.</li><li>Estimate efforts and follow development lifecycle processes.</li><li>Maintain Salesforce documentation.</li><li>Create design documents and develop technical solutions.</li><li>Conduct unit and Integration testing and assist with UAT.</li><li>Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, performance, and security.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.</li><li>8+ years of Salesforce business requirements documentation and solution design experience</li><li>6+ years of Salesforce Automotive and Commerce Cloud experience</li><li>3+ years of hands-on Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce experience</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model</li><li>Good understanding and knowledge of APIs, integrations, DevOps tools and processes</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce declarative development features like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules</li><li>Proficiency in Agile development methodologies is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is a plus.</li></ul>
