You will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses brand, product, digital, and content marketing while positioning Zero Motorcycles as the leader in electric motorcycling. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving change management, inspiring our team, and ensuring consistent global execution of marketing plans.<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that cover the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, with a strong emphasis on brand storytelling, campaign development and execution, as well as data-driven decision making.</li><li>Be the advocate for our customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and behavior, and translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.</li><li>Lead the development and maintenance of our brand image, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels and touchpoints, including digital and physical experiences.</li><li>Oversee the development of a best-in-class digital strategy, including website optimization, content marketing, social media engagement, email marketing and more.</li><li>Responsible for successful marketing and commercialization of global online shopping.</li><li>Balance messaging across different channels to drive differentiation and ensure a consistent, compelling brand message.</li><li>Oversee content creation aimed at elevates Zero’s brand, products, technology and mission.</li><li>Maintain a keen eye on consumer trends, competitive actions and other external elements that impact the business and marketing strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent global execution of marketing plans, maintaining brand integrity across diverse markets.</li><li>Collaborate with the product organization to ensure impactful go to market strategy, optimize revenue growth, and support future product innovation.</li><li>Actively identify and integrate key data and analytics that allow for transparent and informed marketing decisions both short-term and long-term.</li><li>Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to achieve their business goals through setting clear and measurable objectives, developing their functional and relationship skills, and owning career progression planning for the team.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or similar, related field.</li><li>8-12 years of progressive Marketing experience, preferably in automobile/ power-sports, or Manufacturing industry.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a consumer-facing, high growth industry.
