We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission when joining the team at Einride will be to accelerate our growth in North America by landing and expanding strategic enterprise customers. This role bridges our commercial strategy and execution — working closely with the Head of Commercial and Key Accounts team to drive new revenue and scale our impact.</p><h3>You will</h3><p>Your core mission will be to land new enterprise logos that represent multi-million dollar revenue potential for Einride. This requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers across key functions, including logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed quota and pipeline coverage targets. Furthermore, a key responsibility involves enabling the Key Accounts team for long-term success by executing a clean transition and providing a robust customer roadmap for every landed account.</p><ul><li>Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise accounts, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and close.</li><li>Build and execute strategic account plans that align with each prospect’s ESG, cost, and operational priorities.</li><li>Partner with the Head of Commercial to translate GTM strategy into action, and provide feedback from the market to shape commercial strategy.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and deployment teams to design compelling, feasible solutions for potential customers.</li><li>Drive smooth handoff of newly signed accounts to the Key Accounts team for long-term management and growth.</li><li>Contribute to building a scalable sales process, including pipeline development, deal reviews, and forecasting.</li><li>Represent Einride at industry events, panels, and customer meetings to evangelize the transition to sustainable freight.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to: </h3><ul><li>Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.</li><li>Proven success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies.</li><li>Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, or sustainability-related technology and the challenges of fleet decarbonization.</li><li>Expertise in value-based/solution selling, including building ROI cases and aligning multiple stakeholders behind a shared vision.</li><li>Ability to engage and influence Director through C-level stakeholders across operations, finance, sustainability, and procurement.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and represent Einride at industry events.</li><li>Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new aspects of the freight, EV, and autonomous technology industry — staying ahead of a rapidly evolving market.</li></ul><h3>What we offer:   </h3><ul><li>Market-Competitive Salary: The anticipated range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 base salary per year*.</li><li>Generous Equity Package: This role includes a generous allocation of Incentive Stock Options (ISO) and/or Non-qualified Stock Options (NSO) designed to reflect the considerable scope and impact you will have in the company.</li><li>Comprehensive Health Coverage<strong>:</strong> Competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, including PPO and HSA options.</li><li>Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with an employer match.</li><li>Generous Time Off: 25 days of Paid Time Off (PTO). 15 paid sick days and 15 paid US holidays observed.</li><li>Wellness Allowance: To support your personal well-being.</li></ul><p>*The salary range provided is a good faith estimate.
