You will be coordinating with clients and external stake holders and initiate zero carbon design for public health services. You will be expected to carry out the design and co-coordination of PH &amp; FP systems in different types of buildings, as well as taking part in project meetings. You will also take responsibility for the supervision and development of the Bangalore based PH team and provide discipline lead duties to upskill the more junior team members while successfully delivering projects to financial and time deadlines. You should be well versed with middle east codes and regulations and is must The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate Middle East experience in a range of industry sectors including but not limited to the following: <ul> <li>Commercial</li> <li>New Build</li> <li>Refurbishment</li> <li>Critical Systems/Data Centres</li> <li>Healthcare</li> <li>Education</li> <li>Luxury Hotel (extensive experience required)</li> <li>High Value Residential (extensive experience required)</li> <li>Sustainability (WELL Building Scheme/BREEAM/LEED/Greenstar)</li> <li>Critical System and Clean room facilities </li></ul><h2>The Skills</h2>Accredited with a BEng or MEng degree (or equivalent), you have a keen interest in furthering your expertise and are actively working towards Chartership Status or hold Chartership with a relevant institution. An established public health engineer with substantial experience of working within a consultancy environment, you have proven experience in the production and oversight of design for Fire Protection systems, sanitation systems, rainwater, drainage, domestic water services, and associated public health systems above ground. You will be able to develop coordinated designs from concepts, including the production of calculations, reports specifications and drawings under minimal supervision. You are a confident and a credible relationship builder and know what it takes to manage and exceed client expectations (both internally and externally) and have experience of managing and mentoring more junior engineers. You are Revit capable and have the ability to both review and manipulate 3D models through Google Glue, Navis Works and Revit, as well as the skills to use Revit as a modelling tool and design ‘straight to screen’. You are willing to work within a multidisciplinary team, representing the discipline in external and internal meetings, addressing design related issues, as well as guiding and mentoring supporting technical staff. Job Description  Your career at Cundall We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
