If you are passionate about engineering excellence, sustainability and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible this is the right place for you. At Cundall we strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and life.  Explore exciting career opportunities with us.<h2>The Role</h2>We have a number of excellent opportunities at a range of levels for client-focused Structural Engineers with at least 5 years experience, based at our Bengaluru office. We are looking for Structural Engineers who are passionate about creative design and structural analysis, are interested in complex structures and the challenges that come with them and have strong digital engineering and modelling skills. You will be working with us on the design of some of the most exciting and prestigious projects in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region and internationally. You will work closely with colleagues of various disciplines, including external local engineering partners, to manage the delivery from the concept to detail design for projects. You should be able to analyse problems and produce designs to solve them. The ability to make decisions in high-stress situations and to possess great written and verbal communication skills are key attributes. You will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop and will be supported towards Chartership.<h2>The Skills</h2>Having already been accredited to degree level (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering you will be close to being or will have recently become Chartered with IStructE or ICE. You will have gained strong practical experience of structural engineering within a consultancy environment, and a competent level of relevant IT skills including using structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE and Robot and Tekla with familiarity of working to coordinate projects using Revit/BIM 360. You have proven ability to produce creative design solutions in multiple materials including reinforced concrete and steel. Crucially, you will have a passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.
