As Central Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all or some of the following depending on facility: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Providing leadership and general management oversight to recycling depots within your region </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Hiring, onboarding, supporting, coaching, and evaluating supervisory staff </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Acting as a primary support for depot supervisors regarding operations, employee relations, and other areas as required </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ensuring the accountability of depots and compliance with operational procedures for a safe and efficient workplace; this includes regular site visits to depots within your region </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Completing all required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner; verifying depot records related to operations, controls, financial transactions, and bank and float reconciliations </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Maintaining good customer and community relations </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Fostering and ensuring an inclusive, cohesive, and respectful work environment </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Participating in professional development and SARC/SARCAN working groups as appropriate  </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Performing other duties as assigned</li></ul>Please note: This position requires frequent day travel throughout Central Saskatchewan as well as occasional overnight travel within the province.
