Working within the Sales team spread out across Europe, Middle East &amp; Africa, you will be supporting them with duties such as pricing, lead time enquiries and order management. The right candidate should be robust, capable of handling a challenging and fast pace environment.Duties:<ul><li>Reviewing orders for accuracy – checking pricing, availability of parts, billing &amp; shipping address.</li><li>Order processing of spare parts and complete product orders using SAP ERP system</li><li>Configuring machines based on specifications provided by product specialists and distributors</li><li>Responding to pricing, lead time and general enquiries from existing and new customers</li><li>Liaising with various technical departments across multiple sites worldwide for assistance based on technical enquiries received from distributors</li><li>Notify customers on progress of orders and when ready to ship</li><li>Verifying documents package when orders are ready to ship</li><li>Investigating and resolving dispute resolutions (wrong part shipped, short shipment, damaged delivery)</li><li>Maintaining the ERP system up to date</li><li>Teamwork, training, creation of team manuals and reviews</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communicator &amp; team player</li><li>Good IT skills required. Knowledge of SAP is desirable</li><li>Understanding/experience in international shipping</li><li>High level of English. Desired second language</li></ul>
