This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple reconciliation processes effectively.---Key Responsibilities· Customer Account Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile customer Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.· Credit Balance Management: Thoroughly investigate, analyze, and action customer credit balances, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve and process refunds or necessary adjustments.· General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation: Reconcile AR-related general ledger accounts to subsidiary ledgers, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.· Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with the Collections, Billing, and Operations teams to research and resolve complex reconciliation issues and transactional errors.· Reporting &amp; Ad-hoc Requests: Assist the management team with various ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests related to AR and reconciliation.---Qualifications and SkillsRequired Qualifications· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree from a two-year college, technical school, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.· Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (creating basic formulas, sorting data, and filtering).
