invoices, utilising the software ‘Precoro’  </li><li>Liaise with appointed persons &amp; facilitate H&amp;S requirements across the business, including quarterly office safety checklists and the subsequent remedial actions.  </li><li>Organise and facilitate seasonal/charitable office events.   </li><li>Co-Ordinate the collection of ESG data/Infographic data.  </li><li>Support the Facilities department on projects such as relocation/renovation </li><li>Ensure First Aid &amp; Fire Marshalls training and certificates are up to date. </li><li>Provide the highest level of administration.  </li><li>Keep up to date regarding information on office equipment, procedures, and processes.  </li><li>Liaise with visitors, external suppliers, and customers as directed by the Facilities Manager. </li><li>Report directly to the Facilities Manager.  </li><li>Liaise with colleagues in other departments as necessary and for the benefit of all colleagues concerned with the Facilities Department. </li><li>Ensure adherence to the FCA Individual Conduct Rules; </li><li>You must observe proper standards of market conduct.  </li><li>Ensure all statutory training requirements are met. </li><li>Willingness to engage in training required as necessary for the position </li><li>Undertake any other reasonable duties within the team as required.   </li></ul>We’d love to hear from you if you have: <ul><li>Exceptional written and oral communication skills </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Programmes/Packages </li><li>Excellent communicator, with the ability to organise and prioritise workflows. </li><li>Self-Motivated and able to be flexible, regarding working practices, workload and working hours.  </li><li>Honest and reliable </li><li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Commitment to delivering high quality administrative service to support the work of the team. </li><li>Proficient in scheduling and managing a variety of tasks with competing deadlines.  </li><li>Experience implementing Health &amp;
