Reporting to the Head of Group FP&amp;A, you’ll play a key role in steering performance, shaping strategic decisions, and scaling our financial planning capabilities at both France country level and Group headquarters. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ Your responsabilities:Business Partnering for France perimeter<ul><li>Work closely with the General Manager and take ownership of financial reportings for the French perimeter;</li><li>Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the network in France (station performance and related ROI) and provide recommendations to support future investment cases;</li><li>Own the budgeting and forecasting processes for France;</li><li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial data in collaboration with the controlling, accounting and data teams. </li></ul>Group FP&amp;A topics<ul><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes at Group level (e.g. O&amp;M costs, Corporate costs, Capex, …), work closely with the Head of Departments and assist them during the budget and forecast processes;</li><li>Produce monthly financial reporting packages for top management and investors;</li><li>Support the Headquarters FP&amp;A team in preparing long-term strategic planning forecasts (10+ years). </li></ul>Data &amp; Tools Development<ul><li>Bring a data-driven mindset and being comfortable with SQL or similar tools (or demonstrate a strong interest in developing this skill at Electra) to help implement scalable financial processes;</li><li>Contribute to the development of our modern Bi-tool OMNI and our future EPM to be launched by next year.</li></ul> 😎 Your Profile<ul><li>You have +3 years of experience in Transaction services, FP&amp;A, audit and/or consulting, with prior experience in a fast-growth environment;</li><li>You have a strategic mindset, but are also hands-on and comfortable building processes from scratch;</li><li>You thrive in a fast-moving environment, are solutions-oriented;</li><li>You’re a confident communicator, able to work with Top-management;</li><li>You have excellent modeling (Excel and Google Sheets) and analytical skills; experience with data tools and/or modern FP&amp;A tools is a plus;</li><li>You are fluent in English and French.</li></ul><ul></ul> ⚡️What Electra offers you<ul><li>An attractive fixed + variable package (assessed and paid quarterly)</li><li>New offices in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris</li><li>2 days telecommuting / week</li><li>Mutuelle Alan (50% paid by Electra)</li><li>Luncheon vouchers (Carte Swile: €10/day, 50% paid by Electra)</li><li>Collective bargaining agreement (SYNTEC: vacation bonus, special leave days, etc.)</li><li>A quarterly meeting with the entire Electra team</li><li>CSE platform, with a host of benefits (culture, sport, etc.)</li><li>Plenty of room to grow in a fast-moving, international scale-up, where you’ll have the chance to expand your skills and take on new challenges along the way.</li></ul> At Electra, we are committed to creating an environment where you feel confident, safe, and free to be yourself, fully expressing your potential.
