The RoleDue to strong growth in our US market, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the positioning of our commercial offering to both existing and new customers. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development through to proposal, closing, and implementation.Experience selling technical solutions in a B2B context is essential.Key responsibilities:<ul><li> Collaborate closely with our operations and customer success teams to identify new opportunities and successfully onboard new clients.</li><li> Act as an ambassador for ONYX Insight by delivering online webinars and representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and technical symposiums.</li><li> Travel to meet customers in person, pitch ONYX’s products and services, build a strong opportunity pipeline, and close deals.</li><li> Be accountable for achieving sales targets and driving the development and growth of key accounts.</li><li> Maintain high-quality customer pipeline data in the CRM (Salesforce).</li><li> Champion the customer voice across internal sales support and strategic planning processes.</li></ul>Ideally, you’ll have/be: <ul><li>A background in the commercialization of industrial technologies.</li><li>A clear, structured communication style and strong critical thinking skills.</li><li>Experience marketing and selling B2B technical solutions.</li><li>Experience in software sales (preferred).</li><li>A proven track record of managing business partnerships.</li><li>Strong skills in contract negotiation, commercial decision-making, and relationship management.</li><li>The credibility to operate at a senior level within customer and partner organizations.</li><li>A strong technical foundation, ideally with a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.</li><li>The ability to scope, price, communicate, and close high-quality technical proposals — including presenting ROI and NPV analyses.</li><li>Personal drive and commitment to achieving growth and success.</li></ul>About ONYX ONYX Insight is a growing technology and engineering organisation in the renewable energy sector.
