We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Be our primary US-based HR Partner, responsible for all human resources needs of our growing American team. </li><li>Be a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals and supporting change and organizational development.</li><li>Act as the go-to HR expert for all US-based managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, HR compliance, conflict resolution, performance management, and offboarding</li><li>Collaborate with our global HR team to ensure alignment with company policies and initiatives.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Have a solid operational HR background and a broad HR toolbox with significant experience as an HR generalist or manager, preferably in a fast paced environment</li><li>You have a proven track record of supporting a multi-state workforce</li><li>Degree within relevant academic field</li><li>Experience working within logistics and/or transportation is a plus</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in Austin, Texas.
