<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal/Corporate Secretary to join our legal team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive paralegal support and manage corporate secretarial duties for our organization.</p><ul><li>Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management</li><li>Manage corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings</li><li>Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and corporate records</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international corporate laws and regulations</li><li>Coordinate with various departments to gather information for legal proceedings and corporate matters</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and minute books</li><li>Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and other stakeholders as needed</li><li>Provide administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling, filing, and document management</li></ul>
