Receptionist<ul><li>Manage Receptionist and the daily duties</li><li>Supervise the Receptionist and ensure all front desk duties are performed professionally and efficiently.</li></ul>3. Financial Administration: Petty Cash Management<ul><li>Responsible for managing and reconciling Office Petty Cash and Vending Petty Cash on a regular basis.</li><li>Ensure all petty cash transactions are accurately recorded and supported with valid receipts or documentation.</li></ul>4. Housekeeping <ul><li>Manage outsourced cleaning staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and in accordance with company standards.</li><li>Ensure the entire office environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.</li></ul>5.
