Manage teams supporting of “Make vs. Buy” decisions and appropriation requests for capital projects.</li><li>Communicate and drive opportunities to deliver best value for customers. Partner with manage in planning, measuring and reporting on performance of assigned areas and opportunities to improve profitability through pricing or cost efficiency.</li><li>Manage monthly close process for assigned areas and business segments, which may include account reconciliation and review monthly financial reporting package in compliance with the Corporate Accounting Policies and Procedures (CAPP) manual.</li><li>Responsible for the management and administration of business systems and procedures; ensure that the effectiveness of new procedures is validated, and Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation is updated for changes effecting internal controls.</li><li>Identify and support continuous improvement projects while leveraging Continuous Improvement Management Systems (CIMS) tools and concepts; review analysis performed by team members in assigned business areas.</li><li>Coordinate team efforts on enterprise-wide projects to collaboratively achieve business objectives and implement standard practices throughout the organization.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.</li><li>One (1) or more years of managerial or supervisory experience.</li><li>Ability to travel 10%.</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Experience leading others in a fast pace work environment.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of various financial regulations (ie.
