Software is an integral part in realizing this vision and we are hiring a software manager to play a leadership role shaping our future. </div><div> </div><div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Manage the quality and on-time completion of project engineering deliverables for a pipeline of projects.</li><li>Report on status of RFPs, RFIs and change orders.</li><li>Train, grow and manage the performance of a team of project engineers.</li><li>Create new and update existing standard operating procedures to document project engineering and project management practices, aligning with evolving business needs.</li><li>Document project lessons learned to be incorporated into future project designs, whether related to technology or AHJ-specific requirements.</li><li>Conduct technical due diligence on project scopes.</li><li>Manage the company’s construction RFP process.</li><li>Negotiate engineering &amp; construction master service agreements.</li><li>Analyze contractor labor and compliance in connection with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Develop project cost estimates and build engineering &amp; construction project cashflows.</li><li>Build business cases supporting go/no-go project funding decisions.</li><li>Develop equipment demand plans in support of procurement long-term planning.</li><li>Scope enhancements to cloud-based enterprise systems used for managing engineering and construction projects.</li><li>Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0px;"><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience.</li><li>EPC projects.</li><li>Project estimating, construction-related costing methods, RFP methodologies.</li><li>Managing programs of short timeline projects, leveraging web-based databases and ERPs for data analysis, reporting and decision-making.</li><li>Electrical distribution networks and utility/AHJ requirements.</li><li>Improving and streamlining existing business processes.</li></ul><p>For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $174,374.88. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
